So my last post may have been posted a little to early. I think I would have rather gone to work today, then deal with my two lovely children. Oh well. There is always tomorrow.

Sometimes I forget how lucky I am to be a mom and not have to go into work everyday. Sure being a mom is work and it is hard work, but at least I get to work at the zoo, or the aquarium, or even shopping. We get to go swimming in the summer and tubing in the winter. If we don't feel like doing anything for the day we get to have popcorn and movie days. I don't have to deal with work politics, cubicles, time-cards, small talk with people you barely know, nick-names (you know what I am talking about), commuting to and from. All in all being a mom is pretty great!

This is the one and only Blue Eyed Monkey. She loves her pixie wings (pig-tails) and princess shoes.

This is Max. He is not the Blue Eyed Monkey his sister is. Max is more like an Ostrich.

If you cant see it I will post a picture I drew for him before he was born and you will see the resemblance.
